We proudly serve clients under 18 with proper documentation and parental consent. A parent or legal guardian must be present with a valid government-issued ID, along with the minor’s ID or birth certificate. Consent forms must be signed in person. Only select styles and placements are approved for minors—please consult with the artist before booking.
